Julia Sullivan's practice areas include special education law, estate planning, and probate.

She received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she served as a staff member for the Journal of Law and Trade in the Americas and as an oralist and member of the Board of Governors of the Moot Court Honors Program. Her undergraduate degree is from Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin. She is licensed to practice law in both California and Georgia.

Julia is actively involved in the Savannah Bar Association. She has served as the chair for the Pro Bono Committee of the Savannah Bar Association from 2016 to present. She also currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Savannah Bar Association.

In 2017, she received the H. Sol Clark award from the Access to Justice Committee of the State Bar of Georgia and the Pro Bono Resource Center. In 2019, she was awarded the Pro Bono Advocate Award by the Savannah office of the Georgia Legal Services Program.​

She also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa from 1998-2000.

Julia relocated from Los Angeles to Savannah in 2009 after falling in love with Savannah’s warmth, historic charm, hospitality, and beautiful scenery. When she’s not busy with her law practice, Julia enjoys cooking, reading, jogging, and spending time with her family.
