Julianne Stokes has extensive experience in the dissolution of complex marital estates and the resolution of high conflict custody cases. Stokes prioritizes managing each client’s expectations while remaining results-focused.
In the courtroom, she has established a reputation for delivering highly effective litigation strategies. As a mediator, she excels at helping families achieve their objectives while avoiding the cost and emotional toll of protracted litigation.

Stokes is the annual moderator and course planner for the South Carolina Bar’s statewide Guardian ad Litem seminar, where she helps equip both attorney and lay guardians with the skills necessary to successfully advocate for children. She is a member of the SC Bar’s Resolution of Fee Disputes Board and is listed in South Carolina Super Lawyers.

After graduating with honors from Presbyterian College, Stokes received her J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2006. She has practiced exclusively in the Family Courts of South Carolina since that time.
