Biography

Julie’s background includes work for the National Security Division of the United States Department of Justice, litigation and advisory services to cities throughout California, and representation of private landowners in land use, real estate and appellate matters.

In addition to city attorney work, she has served on many local government committees and is currently a planning commissioner for her city. Her work in government provides a unique perspective that enables her to effectively advocate and approach negotiations in a collaborative manner, to accomplish the best outcome for all parties.
