Julie represents businesses and individuals on a variety of real estate, estate and business disputes, including, for example, disputes over real estate contracts, leases, guaranties, promissory notes, trusts, and other real estate and estate-planning arrangements and investment vehicles, as well as claims involving construction defects and homeowner disputes.  She also represents clients in general business disputes involving breaches of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and related claims. Julie represents both business and individuals in disputes involving employment contracts such as noncompetition, non-solicitation and severance agreements, and continues to represent clients in employment-related disputes such as wage and discrimination claims.   Julie is pro-active in utilizing alternative dispute resolution and routinely resolves disputes before they escalate into full-scale litigation. Julie assists all clients with resolving legal disputes in the most efficient and effective manner possible. When litigation is inevitable, Julie provides a tough, ethical and balanced approach to advocacy.
