I'm a solo practice attorney in Champaign, Illinois. I focus on intellectual property (patent, trademark, and copyright registration, maintenance, and licensing, and trade secret protection), business law (corporation, partnership, and limited liability company formation and operation; business transactions), and estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).
