Justi Rae Miller, a SuperLawyer, has a general business litigation practice focus in business and employment law. She represents corporations in business matters advising and litigating antitrust, business tort, tort, contract/breach of contract, FCRA, FDCPA, trademark and patent disputes. She also represents corporations in employment law handling internal investigations, discrimination, termination/severance, contracts, drug testing, noncompete, IP/confidential material, and wage/hour claims. Previously, she worked with 15+ federal agencies regarding EEO issues as an investigator, counselor, mediator and FAD writer for 8 years.

As a former D-I college athlete (University of Illinois) and coach (University of Colorado), she has a niche practice representing NCAA D-I basketball, volleyball & hockey coaches in contract negotiations, NCAA hearings, and termination proceedings.

Miller currently serves as Vice Chair and Board Director for the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF), an organization for in house counsel approved AV+ preeminent rated law firms that represent Fortune 500 and their equivalent companies and public entities.
