Justin Cook was born at Fort Sill in Lawton, Oklahoma and was raised on the Cook family farm/ranch in North Central Keya Paha County near Mills, Nebraska.  His undergraduate degree at Hastings College was in Biology.  In 2001, Justin graduated from the University of Nebraska-College of Law.  He went on to practice as an associate attorney in Hastings, Nebraska where he gained expertise in litigation work. In 2003, he moved his family back to Lincoln to start his private practice. Justin has represented companies from all over the country as well as numerous individuals and companies right here in his home state of Nebraska.

Justin is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Nebraska Ciminal Defense Attorneys Association and the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys. He is a member of the Nebraska Farmers Union, Saunders County Livestock Association, Leadership Lincoln Class XXI and is a firefighter for the Ithaca Volunteer Fire Department in Saunders County.
