Biography
Attorney Justin M. Plaskov is an employment law attorney in Denver and partner at Jester Gibson & Moore, LLP. Mr. Plaskov is an aggressive, effective, and understanding employment lawyer who has also obtained several multi-million-dollar settlements and jury verdicts in employment discrimination and retaliation lawsuits. In 2015, he was part of a trial team who was awarded a nearly $15 million jury verdict against Matheson Trucking and in 2020 he helped negotiate a $20.5 million settlement against Jackson National Life Insurance.
