Justin S. Huett, Attorney at Law

Mr. Huett made the decision to practice law after receiving extensive experience working with children with special need and assisting families of children in crisis. He has experience as an applied behavior analyst and administrator of an early intervention pediatric day treatment facility. Because of this, Mr. Huett has a fundamental understanding of the needs of children, both with special needs and without, and working with families in crisis situations. He recognizes the inherent deficiencies in our government systems and how easily children and families can slip through the cracks.

Mr. Huett also has extensive real estate law experience, having represented dozens of landlords in hundreds of unlawful detainer actions, obtaining thousands of dollars in judgments. He has also handled quiet title actions, Fair Housing compliance issues, probate and trust matters, contracts for the sale and purchase of real estate, and disputes concerning the sale and purchase of real estate.
