He works with each client to develop an intellectual property strategy tailored to their specific needs, focusing on intellectual property identification and acquisition strategies for those newer to IP and robust global protection strategies for others.  In all cases, Justin uses his prior business management and consulting experience to help clients identify and pursue the most cost-effective solution to their intellectual property needs. He also helps reduce the uncertainty associated with development and protection of intellectual property and has created several fix-fee packages to help clients to get started on and to maintain an IP program that fits their budget and provides cost certainty.

Justin’s patent work experience spans several technological disciplines, including alternative energy, clean technology, electrochemical, electromechanical devices and processes, chemical processes, nutraceuticals, power electronics design and monitoring, mechanical devices and processes, hydrocarbon refining processes, and computer hardware and software. Justin also proactively assists clients in development of global IP strategies and patent portfolio development.
