Kale grew up in the Council Bluffs area and attended Treynor Community Schools where his mom has taught for the past 25+ years. He grew up watching his dad, Scott, a partner at Peters Law Firm, help clients. This combination of close personal ties with the Southwest Iowa area and the potential to have a meaningful impact on those within it led Kale to pursue his own career as an attorney. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Iowa State University, Kale attended Creighton University School of Law for his juris doctorate.

Kale looks forward to helping clients from the Southwest Iowa area with any legal problems they may encounter, particularly in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Real Estate, Tax Planning, Family Law and Business Law.

Kale is currently admitted to practice law in Iowa, and resides in Council Bluffs.
