Biography

Karen J. Elliott is a graduate of Duke University and The University of Maryland King Carey School of Law. Following law school, she was Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Eugene M. Lerner, in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. Then, Ms. Elliott was an Assistant County Attorney in the Anne Arundel County Office of Law.

Ms. Elliott is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), D.C. Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), and the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC). Ms. Elliott is a member of the Duke University Regional Alumni Baltimore Board.
