Biography

Tech Counselor: Having spent half of my career employed as in-house counsel supporting technology companies, I now represent a select group of technology clients who I advise on a broad range of legal and business matters including negotiating contracts for Data (“Big Data”) licenses and related Analytics Software. I provide advice on Intellectual Property; Open Source Software, Ecommerce, Mobile Computing, Social Media, Security, and Privacy matters.
