I love solving the problem that keeps people up at night! I understand how business works, why crises occurs and how to resolve the crises.  My greatest passion is connecting with a jury in a difficult case.  I love changing my client's lives for the better.   I understand the great need for a moral compass in the legal profession.  My philosophy is to approach my client's problems with a candid assessment of the issues, developing a plan for a solution and then executing on that plan.  As part of my practice, I am dedicated to raising the bar for professionalism and ethics in the legal profession.  I have worked with many lawyers to help them in understanding and addressing ethics dilemnas in their practices. 

As a native of Sacramento, I have been privileged to practice in my hometown for over 30 years.  In my spare time, you can find me golfing, running or working out.
