Kas R. DeCarvalho is a Partner with Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O'Gara LLC and a member of the firm's Corporate & Business Team. With nearly 20 years of expertise and specific focus on business and transactional law, his practice includes business structuring and formations, financing, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, intellectual property, international business ethics and compliance, arts and entertainment law and education law. His clients include private businesses, individuals and nonprofit organizations. Attorney DeCarvalho is also the founder of Original Innovative Concepts LLC, a product development and licensing venture, and Rhode Island Martial Arts, Inc., a non-profit entity providing training and life skills to inner-city youth.

Mr. DeCarvalho is also an active community volunteer, presently serving on the boards of multiple nonprofit and business development organizations, including the Providence Economic Development Partnership, the Greater Providence YMCA, RI Public Television, Thurgood Marshall Law Society, The Metropolitan Career and Technical Center (The MET School), the Providence Athenaeum, Oasis International and Progresso Latino. He is also an appointed member of the Rhode Island Commission on Judicial Tenure and Discipline, an member of the Rhode Island Commodores and is a graduate of Leadership Rhode Island/Omega Class. He has been recognized for his skills as a corporate attorney in the New England edition of Super Lawyers.
