Kasia Malkinska Naugle is a partner at A. Traub & Associates, focusing on divorce, family law, and criminal defense cases. Her extensive trial experience and negotiation skills allow her to routinely settle the majority of her cases, and her diligent work ethic, coupled with her litigation experience and a courtroom presence, allows her to effectively negotiate complicated matters and disputes. Mrs. Naugle is bilingual and prepared to provide services to Polish speaking clients. She has tried over 150 cases to verdict, including 8 jury trials. She served as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Misdemeanor and Felony Divisions with the Office of the DuPage County State's Attorney, prosecuting cases involving general misdemeanors, domestic violence, violations of orders of protection, DUI, and traffic violations, as well as complex abuse and neglect cases involving DCFS, status of parental rights, child removal and juvenile delinquency cases. She was part of the prosecutorial team working alongside the State’s Attorney in the highly publicized sentencing of Brian Dugan, a convicted serial rapist and killer.
