Katarina Valentina Schmidt is an Immigration Attorney and owner of her own immigration law firm. She grew up in Columbus, Ohio.

Katarina earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law through the accelerated 2-year Juris Doctorate Program. While a student at UD, she completed her externship at Bradley & Associates, an immigration law firm in Dayton, Ohio, and she partook in the UD immigration law clinic. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the American University of Paris with a major in International and Comparative Politics and a minor in International Law. She speaks Russian and Spanish fluently. 

​Immigration Attorney Katarina Schmidt is admitted to the Ohio Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
