Kate is an associate attorney at Andersen, Tate & Carr. She practices in the firm’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group, assisting business owners with a wide variety of matters ranging from contract, franchise, and employment law disputes to initial company formations and mergers and acquisitions.

Kate graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as both Executive Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and Chair of the Negotiation Team, and was named Champion at the Southeastern Regional Transactional LawMeet. Kate attended Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, a minor in studio art, and an affinity for Central BBQ.

Kate grew up in Jackson, Mississippi and in her free time she now enjoys exploring all that the Peach State has to offer.
