After becoming injured on the job herself in 2007, Katherine acquired her J.D. from Capital University Law School.  Katherine is active with legal groups that help protect the rights of injured workers. She frequently speaks on workers' compensation issues for the Continuing Legal Education of both new and advanced workers' compensation attorneys and is a Workers' Compensation Certified Specialist of the Ohio State Bar Association.
