Katie Kelsch Dowell is an attorney and partner at Capital City Law, licensed to practice in North Carolina. A life-long Raleigh native, Katie graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina State University with a BA in Philosophy of Law and a BA in Political Science, Law and Justice.  She went on to attend Campbell Law School on a merit scholarship.  While in law school, Katie was a member of the Campbell Law Moot Court Team, represented indigent seniors in the Senior Law Clinic, and participated in multiple pro bono programs.  She is married to her wonderful husband of 12 years, Jeff Dowell, and is mother to two amazing boys (Levi, 5 and Joshua, 11).
