I am a business, real estate, banking and data security attorney who represents companies, banks, credit unions and individuals in commercial and corporate transactions.  I have more than 15 years of experience as an attorney in the private sector practicing business, banking, regulatory, compliance, real estate and consumer and commercial lending law.  Prior to entering private practice, I served as in-house counsel to the credit card division of a national bank and financial services company for 5 years.  Because of my experience as both in-house and outside counsel, I have a unique perspective for my clients.  What this means from a practical perspective is that it is always my goal to provide my clients with comprehensive, pragmatic, actionable legal advice and risk management assistance that is appropriate, useful and effective.    

After serving as a partner at a Tucson law firm for several years, I recently opened my own practice where I continue to represent businesses, banks, credit unions, companies and individuals.
