Kathleen Egan began her legal career practicing family law in New York. Her legal background includes work on complex injury and civil cases at a plaintiff's firm. Her work in civil litigation, combined with her family law experience and specialized training, make her especially adept at recognizing and preparing for issues that other attorneys would overlook. Kathleen is recognized by the legal community for her work ethic, her attention to detail, and for her strong writing and communication skills.

Kathleen has worked in Oklahoma with Aaron Bundy since 2015. Kathleen has tried divorce, custody, protective order, contempt, and felony jury trial cases. Kathleen has been the chief brief-writer for published appeals, and she negotiates and drafts custom, private prenuptial agreements and property settlement agreements. Her unique strengths and skill sets make her one of Oklahoma's elite family law attorneys. Kathleen works on complex divorce cases involving high assets, business valuation, custody and visitation, and jurisdictional issues.

After law school, Kathleen trained at the National Family Law Trial Institute in Houston, Texas.
