Kathryn Renee Tolison is a partner and co-owner at Tolison & Williams, Attorneys at Law, LLC, located in Brighton, Colorado. Mrs. Tolison dedicates her law practice to family law litigation, mediation, collaborative law, legal separation actions, dissolution of marriage (divorce) actions, post-decree modification actions, domestic violence, allocation of parental responsibility actions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and adoptions. Ms. Tolison is extremely dedicated to the practice of family law and has had the distinguished honor of being designated as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for Family Law since 2011.

With a true passion for family law, Ms. Tolison works closely with her clients to ensure that each one understands his or her legal rights and options and receives the information needed to make sound legal decisions. Mrs. Tolison is also a strong advocate for providing legal services to underprivileged individuals, as evidenced by the many volunteer and pro bono activities she has participated in throughout the Denver area. Ms. Tolison is also a Volunteer Victim Advocate, provide advocacy to victims of crime for the Brighton and Commerce City Police Departments.  

Ms. Tolison graduated with her B.A. and cum laude honors from the University of Colorado. While earning her J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, she was a member of the prestigious Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity, and she was selected to be a Student Attorney, where she began to develop her passion for domestic law in the Student Law Office.
