Kathryne (“Kate”) Morris helps clients evaluate, secure and manage their intellectual property and data.  She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Kate focuses her practice in the areas of technology, e-commerce, privacy and data security.  She regularly advises clients from a variety of commercial sectors, including retail and finance, in all aspects of technology transactions, the collection, use, disclosure, retention and destruction of data,  and eDiscovery.  Additionally, Kate’s practice includes disputes over copyrights and trademarks, software licensing, breach of contract and fraud, among other issues and claims.
