Scottsdale-Phoenix attorney Katrina Vitale, J.D., LL.M. focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and guardianships. With more than two decades of experience, Katrina provides her clients with personalized service to meet and protect their personal and business goals.

Katrina is a director with the Scottsdale Bar Association and a member of the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council. She is also a member of the Arizona, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations.

Over the past 12 years, Katrina’s peers have honored her with multiple peer rankings for her professional achievements. In addition to her Superb Attorney Rating held with Lawyergist for the past 10 years, she holds an AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale Hubbell for highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. Katrina previously served on the District IV Ethics Committee for the New Jersey Supreme Court for eight years. Prior to that service, she served on the District IV Fee Arbitration Committee for the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Katrina graduated with honors from Rutgers University in 1994 with a B.A. in Political Science and earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in 1998. Katrina has recently earned her Master of Laws in Taxation at Villanova Law School.
