Kelley Napier is a partner at Georgia Estate & Elder Law, LLC, an Estate Planning and Elder Law firm in Atlanta. Kelley Napier holds the Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) designation from the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF), the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in elder law. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, and the Stonewall Bar Association. 

Kelley grew up in Gwinnett County and graduated from Oglethorpe University with a B.A. in Sociology and Social Work. Kelley earned her M.B.A. at Piedmont College. She graduated from Georgia State University College of Law with her JD.
