Kelly A. Fitzpatrick focuses her practice on representing individuals who are injured. She has handled many product liability and medical malpractice cases involving birth injuries, nursing home neglect, dental malpractice, surgical errors, delayed diagnosis and medication errors.  

Kelly has also handled sexual assault cases and other catastrophic injury cases stemming from motor vehicle collisions, truck accidents, construction accidents, slip and falls and dog bites.  

Ms. Fitzpatrick has been invited to speak at national conferences concerning the regulatory framework of medical device approval; including the FDA’s pre-market approval and 510(k) process.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Fitzpatrick clerked in the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Presiding Judge of the Civil Division, the Honorable Eugene J. Codey, Jr., (ret.). As a law clerk, she managed the civil docket in New Jersey’s busiest county. In addition, Ms. Fitzpatrick clerked at a real estate firm in downtown Manhattan and conducted real property and commercial closings on behalf of national banks. 

She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, District of New Jersey, District of Connecticut and the United States Supreme Court.
