Kelly A. Pressler is an associate on the firm's litigation team focusing on general civil litigation and complex commercial litigation, as well as some matrimonial and family law.

Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, in 2006 from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.

Kelly received her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, in 2009 from Albany Law School in Albany, New York where she was on the Albany Law Review and winner of the Outstanding Clinical Student Award, Sponsler Teaching Fellow and Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition.

She is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of the State of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Women's Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan Counties.
