Kelly is the owner of Schwab Legal Group, LLC, a full service law firm located in the Fox Valley, providing their clients legal representation in all areas of the law. Kelly focuses her practice in the areas of business law, specializing in corporate, commercial, real estate and collection law, estate planning and landlord/tenant representation. Kelly has extensive experience in the area of real estate law, holding both a Wisconsin real estate agent's and broker's license and is a certified continuing education instructor through the Wisconsin Realtor's Association. Kelly speaks on a national level on the topics of both residential and commercial real estate and landlord/tenant law through the instruction of continuing legal education classes for both real estate professionals and attorneys. Kelly also represents many small businesses, providing these businesses with full service legal representation, including both corporate and legal compliance issues. Kelly represents financial institutions in current lending transactions and collections. Kelly also oversees the compliance of federal privacy laws for several financial institutions, providing both auditing and consulting services relating thereto.
