About Kelly:

Kelly  has practiced exclusively in Family Court since 1996.  She has experience in all Family Court matters including divorce, property division, alimony, spousal support, custody and visitation, dependency and neglect proceedings, child support, guardianships, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, termination of parental rights, surrogacy matters, and protection from abuse (PFA) matters.

In addition to her private Family Court practice, Kelly represents indigent parents in dependency/neglect custody proceedings through a contract with the Family Court.  In addition, Kelly represents parents who are facing incarceration in child support proceedings.
