Biography

Kelly R. Green is an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Marvin D. Miller. Mr. Green is a 2013 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida State University, with honors. Mr. Green graduated in 2017 from William & Mary Law School where he was President of the Criminal Law Society. During and after law school, Mr. Green worked at the Williamsburg, Spotsylvania and Arlington Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Offices. Mr. Green has also interned at the Chief Staff Attorney’s Office of the Virginia Supreme Court and for the Honorable Kevin Emas at the Third District Court of Appeals in Miami, Florida.
