Biography

My practice concentrates in the division of retirement assets pursuant to a divorce which frequently includes QDROs. I have successfully drafted thousands of QDROs over the past 15 or so years.

I am also a tax/estates and trusts attorney and have been since 1998. I maintain both a New York and Florida office and many of my estate planning clients are NY/FL snowbirds. Most of my clients have very specific legal needs and it is important to meet with an attorney who will listen to them, let them know the various alternatives, and advise them as if they were family.
