Biography
Kendra L. Kutko is an Associate Attorney at The Case Law Firm, LLC.
Ms. Kutko represents and counsels clients in employment related matters and disputes. She has worked on a variety of cases in both the negotiation and litigation process. She has extensive experience researching, writing, analyzing, and advising clients regarding complex legal issues relating to employment law.
Ms. Kutko earned her Juris Doctor, with a Certificate in Labor and Employment Law, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May of 2011. Ms. Kutko graduated Phi Beta Kappa with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies.
Ms. Kutko brings creditable legal experience to The Case Law Firm, LLC. Prior to joining this firm as a law clerk in 2010, she has clerked for law firms whose practice areas ranged from criminal defense and civil matters to plaintiff’s side employment law.
While at Chicago-Kent, Ms. Kutko received a CALI award for excellence in legal writing in 2009 and an Institute for Law and the Workplace Scholarship. In April 2011, Chicago-Kent faculty selected Ms. Kutko to receive the distinguished Sandra P. Zemm Labor Law Prize sponsored by Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
Ms. Kutko’s professional membership affiliations include the National Employment Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law, and the Chicago Bar Association.
