I am a Partner of McBreen & Kopko and head the firm's bankruptcy and creditor's rights practice group. I have a broad range of experience in all aspects of bankruptcy and creditor's rights by providing services to both financially distressed business entities and creditors of insolvent businesses. I regularly represent corporate and individual debtors in reorganization and liquidation proceedings, and has extensive experience in representing both secured and unsecured creditors, including airline service companies, landlords, leasing companies, lenders, creditor committees, and bankruptcy trustees.   I have been involved in numerous U.S. airline and aviation chapter 11 cases and made presentations on bankruptcy issues impacting airport ground handling companies and freight forwarding companies at the National Government Affairs Conference and for the National Air Transportation Association.
 
I am admitted to the Federal  District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York and a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association (Bankruptcy Committee).
