Attorney Nolan earned his Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law and his bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Attorney Nolan is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Community Involvement
