Biography

While I enjoyed many successful years as a partner at Novenstern & Gaudio, LLP and Novenstern, Fabriani & Gaudio, LLP, I started a new firm with Ellen Jancko Baken, Esq. and Neil Fredman, Esq., called Fredman Baken & Novenstern, LLP as of July 1, 2019. We have practiced together for over a year and have successfully transitioned. We are working through the Covid pandemic and are ready to assist with divorce and family law matters for spouses, partners, parents and others in a family oriented relationship. We train regularly in Collaborative Law and Mediation, and also handle LGBTQIA marriages.
