I am a criminal defense attorney and a DWI defense attorney. I am Certified as a Criminal Trial Attorney by the N.J. Supreme Court, a designation held by few attorneys and which recognizes special knowledge and experience in this area of the law. I have been practicing criminal law for 30 years.

As a former prosecutor in Bergen County, I have handled all types of cases on both sides of the courtroom.  I am now on the criminal defense team at Bruno & Ferraro. I offer the benefit of this experience and my familiarity courts of New Jersey to our clients.

I have defended clients in Superior Court on serious charges including homicide, robbery, drug distribution, domestic violence and aggravated assault. I have also represented clients in municipal court matters including DWI, traffic offenses and shoplifting. I have trial experience defending clients in Federal and state court jury trials and in municipal courts.
