Attorney Ortner was admitted to the bar in 1998. His goal is to provide an innovative approach to solving legal problems.

Kenneth graduated from Firelands High School and graduated Magna cum laude from Ohio University and Magna cum laude from Cleveland Marshall Law School. Kenneth participated in law review as an associate and editor while attending law school. He has also served as a traffic magistrate for the Elyria Municipal Court.

Kenneth is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and federal district court in the Northern District of Ohio. He is also takes on Police Misconduct and Civil Rights cases.
