With over 25 years of experience in litigation, Mr. Fiedler has secured multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. He has brought more than 100 cases to trial in State Court, conducted hundreds of depositions, and actively participated in alternative dispute resolution processes such as arbitrations and mediations. Throughout his career as a vehicle litigator, Mr. Fiedler has exclusively represented injured victims and remains deeply passionate about his work.

Mr. Fiedler has handled numerous complex civil jury trials involving cases of wrongful death, medical malpractice, transportation law, and premises liability, securing over 20 verdicts. His work spans across the United States, including states like Colorado, Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Massachusetts. He has also negotiated substantial settlements in insurance bad-faith cases on behalf of injured individuals and their families.

Mr. Fiedler began his legal career with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he proudly served the People of the State of Illinois. He gained significant courtroom experience while prosecuting criminal cases in various divisions, including the Felony Trial, Appellate, Narcotics, Felony Review, and Children’s Advocacy Center Divisions. He has argued cases before both the Illinois Appellate Court and the Illinois Supreme Court.
