I am a bilingual business attorney (English and Spanish) with an emphasis on providing counsel to navigate the highly regulated alcohol industry.  I am experienced with federal and state licensing, as well as with negotiating, drafting and reviewing a variety of contracts, including distribution, manufacturing, agency, confidentiality, sponsorship, sweepstakes, promotions and consulting agreements.  I review marketing and advertising programs, including point of sale, labeling, packaging, social media and promotions, for compliance with internal codes and federal and state laws and regulations.

In my spare time, I am an avid homebrewer. I was named a finalist in the Smoked Beer category of the 2019 National Homebrew Competition as a result of placing second in that category in the NYC Region. I enjoy traveling, having visited Spain, Italy, England, Mexico, and Colombia, among others. I also enjoy physical activities/challenges and ran a marathon in 2017.
