Kenny Kennedy’s practice focuses on general immigration law matters including visas, citizenship issues, deportation defense and appeals.  Mr. Kennedy's mother was an immigrant from the Philippines and eventually became a naturalized citizen of the United States.  Mr. Kennedy knows first hand the challenges an individual or a family can face when coming to a new country.  He believes in taking the time to explain to clients and their families the many complicated issues that arise in both visa applications and deportation defense.

Mr. Kennedy is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Oregon, United States District Court, District of Oregon, and United States Court of Appeals of the Ninth Circuit.
