Biography

Kent is an attorney, arbitrator, and cybersecurity professional. He graduated from Yale Law School in 1990 and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Kent also serves as an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association (AAA) commercial disputes panel. These cross disciplinary skills allow Kent to effectively address commercial disputes and employment matters, as well as the full range of data privacy and cybersecurity related legal issues confronting businesses in today’s information driven economy.
