Biography

Kevin is an attorney in Stokes Lawrence’s Yakima office where he counsels farm and agribusiness clients, both institutional and family-owned, during every stage of farmland and agricultural operations transactions, including negotiations, due diligence, closing, and post-closing integration and operations.

Prior to joining Stokes Lawrence, Kevin assisted clients in the formation of business entities and assisted business clients with equity and stock issuances. Kevin also assisted clients with the preparation of commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements, property and legal due diligence, and preparation of transactional documents and development agreements.
