Biography

I am the owner and operator of BCJ Law LLC. The firm is based in Pittsburgh, PA. Practice areas include debt collection harassment, debt lawsuit defense, credit report problems, loan servicing errors, lending fraud, credit discrimination, employee pay problems, telephone harassment, and disability discrimination. All consultations are free.

Before opening BCJ Law, I worked mainly as a class action attorney. In that role, I litigated consumer protection, anti-discrimination, and wage-and-hour cases in federal court. I am admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and various federal disctrict and appellate courts.
