Kevin J. Kinney founded Kinney & Associates PC in 2011 in Newberg Oregon. The firm also has associate attorney Chris Brown.  Before, he practiced law in McMinnville with two associate attorneys.  Kevin was born in Reno, Nevada and moved to Oregon in 1995.  He graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in Business Administration.   He attended Thomas L. Cooley law school in Lansing, Michigan.  While in law school, he participated in law review.  Kevin serves as Municipal Court Judge for the City of McMinnville.  Kevin collects comics and wine with a passion.  He also coached his son’s basketball team in the past and is a member of the Yamhill County Family Law Advisory Committee. He is married to Nancy and they have two children.
