Kevin J. O’Leary is a lifelong resident of Connecticut who handles the firm’s Family Law matters. Attorney O’Leary joins Dolan Divorce Lawyers after working as a Child Support Investigator for the State of Connecticut. While there, he investigated paternity and support cases throughout the state as well as enforced divorce and custody judgments.

Attorney O’Leary has been named to American Institute of Family Law Attorney’s 10 Best in CT and Attorney and Practice Magazine’s Top 10 Family Law Attorney in CT. Additionally, he was selected as a Young Outstanding Lawyer by Best Attorneys of America.

Attorney O’Leary obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Central Connecticut State University and a Master of Science in Justice Studies from Southern New Hampshire University. Subsequently, he received his Juris Doctorate from University of Connecticut School of Law. He remains active in the community serving on several municipal boards and professional organizations.
