Kevin Latshaw graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with his degree in Integrated Marketing Communication and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. In 2020, he received his law degree from the Campbell University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Latshaw served as the Editor-In-Chief of The Campbell Law Observer and also worked as an extern with the Innovate Capital Business Law Clinic. Additionally, he externed as in-house Corporate Counsel for a large multinational company based in Raleigh, NC where he handled a wide range of legal issues. Mr. Latshaw was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2020 and focuses his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, bankruptcy, real estate, estate planning, and local government law.
