I represent a variety of public and private companies on a range of complex corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, private placements and venture capital financings. I also represnt clients on general commercial contracting matters, such as licensing agreements, consulting agreements, employment agreements, and more.  I also advise both public and private companies regarding general corporate governance, Securities Exchange Act reporting and related matters.

In addition to my specific areas of practice, I also have robust experience in the cannabis and cryptocurrency/blockchain space.

For the last eleven years, I have practiced at some of the world's most prestigious corporate law firms, including Cravath, Swain & Moore LLP, Cooley LLP, Baker Botts L.L.P., and Winston & Strawn LLP.  Prior to starting my legal career, I spent time living in northeast Brazil. I am proficient in Portuguese.

I am currently admitted to practice in Texas (admitted 2015), California (admitted 2012) and New York (admitted 2011) and am an active member of the Dallas Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
