            Kevin W. Roe is an attorney at law admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York. His practice focuses on criminal defense, municipal courts, and civil litigation.

Mr. Roe is a graduate of Providence College where he received a Bachelor of Arts in political science and English. While in college, he served as an intern for Lt. Governor Charles J. Fogarty and later worked for the Senate Judiciary Committee. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University where he served as a student attorney representing indigent youths in Essex County Superior Court.

Recently, Mr. Roe defended an Englewood man accused of weapons possession and the cover-up of a high profile murder in the Bergen County Superior Court. Following a seven week trial, a jury acquitted his client of all charges. Mr. Roe has also argued cases in the Appellate Division and has successfully petitioned the New Jersey Supreme Court.
