Kimberly is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Florida, the State of New York, the Federal Court for the Southern District of New York, the State of New Jersey, the Federal District Court of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court. She graduated from Pace University in Manhattan, New York, and received her law degree from New York Law School.

In addition to Carulli Law, Kimberly works as a commercial litigator throughout New York, New Jersey, and the federal courts. She has a record of success in representing clients, and has managed all aspects of litigation in the following areas: estate administration and probate; criminal defense; automobile accidents; insurance litigation; wrongful death; defective premises liability; products liability; and complex personal injury matters. Kimberly has also received numerous professional recognitions and awards as a "Top Attorney", "Top Female Attorney" and "Rising Star" since beginning her law career over a decade ago.
